data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En nuestras <strong>clases de yoga restaurativo IYENGAR\u00ae en Barcelona Les Corts<\/strong> practicamos diferentes familias y tipos de posturas (asanas). En cada clase realizamos <strong>posturas restaurativas<\/strong> para recuperarnos del esfuerzo realizado y <strong>equilibrar y relajar el sistema nervioso<\/strong> y por tanto el cuerpo y la mente. Algunas de ellas son: <strong>posturas supinas, posturas sentadas, posturas invertidas,<\/strong> y otras.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Cada mes en&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zamaioga.com\/es\/horarios-y-cuotas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">todas las clases de lunes a s\u00e1bado<\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">&nbsp;realizamos <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">algunas clases especializadas en el yoga restaurativo<\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">, con posturas (asanas) y ejercicios respiratorios (pranayama) realizados con soportes. Tambi\u00e9n tenemos una clase los <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">lunes de 17:15h a 18:45h<\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> en la que solamente hacemos yoga restaurativo y pranayama (regulaci\u00f3n de la respiraci\u00f3n). Esta clase est\u00e1 abierta a todos los niveles, y recomendamos <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">compaginarla con una 2\u00aa o 3\u00aa clase a la semana de nivel 1-2&#8242; o 1-2 o 2-3 o 3 o 4 para tener una pr\u00e1ctica de asanas equilibrada y completa.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Los soportes nos permiten <strong>relajar todas las capas del cuerpo<\/strong> , desde las m\u00e1s superficiales a las m\u00e1s internas, y mantenernos en las posturas (asanas) durante m\u00e1s tiempo y <strong>sin esfuerzo<\/strong> . Esto permite que la mente y la conciencia puedan <strong>profundizar hacia las realidades m\u00e1s sutiles de nuestro \u201cser\u201d<\/strong> , y <strong>restaurarse a un nivel muy profundo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En estas clases de <strong>yoga restaurativo<\/strong> nos sentimos <strong>ligeros, renovados, rejuvenecidos y muy descansados<\/strong> . Son ideales para tratar el insomnio, <strong>la ansiedad, el estr\u00e9s, la angustia y la depresi\u00f3n,<\/strong> as\u00ed como otras muchas dolencias o alteraciones del sistema nervioso. Es un <strong>yoga muy terap\u00e9utico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e1ctica del <strong>pranayama<\/strong> (observaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n de la respiraci\u00f3n) suele estar presente en el <strong>yoga restaurativo<\/strong> que realizamos. El pranayama <strong>equilibra y regula el sistema energ\u00e9tico<\/strong> de nuestro cuerpo.
