embarazadas en Barcelona.<br><\/strong>Son clases de grupo en las que las mujeres embarazadas realizan una pr\u00e1ctica espec\u00edfica para cada trimestre del embarazo.<\/p>\n<p>El m\u00e9todo de <strong>yoga IYENGAR\u00ae permite que las mujeres embarazadas<\/strong> puedan seguir una pr\u00e1ctica de yoga lo m\u00e1s parecida posible a la del resto de personas del grupo, que no est\u00e1n embarazadas, a la vez que <strong>adaptar la pr\u00e1ctica al embarazo.<\/strong><br>Esto es posible porque <strong>utilizamos soportes<\/strong> en las <strong>posturas<\/strong> (asanas) para crear los <strong>espacios y las aberturas<\/strong> necesarias en la pelvis, en el vientre, en el diafragma y en la caja tor\u00e1cica. Al mismo tiempo los <strong>soportes<\/strong> hacen posible realizar las <strong>posturas<\/strong> (assanas) <strong>sin esfuerzo<\/strong> , pudiendo <strong>respirar serenamente<\/strong> y con la m\u00e1xima <strong>relajaci\u00f3n y conciencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Adaptamos la pr\u00e1ctica a cada trimestre del embarazo.<\/strong> En el primer trimestre es necesaria una pr\u00e1ctica m\u00e1s suave y pasiva, en el segundo trimestre empezamos a introducir posturas (\u00e1sanas) m\u00e1s activas, y en el tercer trimestre se hacen posturas de pie, algunas m\u00e1s activas, y de <strong>preparaci\u00f3n al parto<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>El <b>pranayama <\/b>(observaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n de la <b>respiraci\u00f3n<\/b>) es esencial <b>durante el embarazo<\/b> y como <b>preparaci\u00f3n por el parto.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>pr\u00e1ctica del yoga durante el embarazo<\/strong> tiene <strong>muchos beneficios<\/strong>: crea <strong>espacio interno<\/strong> para que el feto se pueda desarrollar correctamente, oxigena todo el cuerpo y por tanto el feto recibe una <strong>mayor aporte de ox\u00edgeno<\/strong>, desarrollas una <strong>mayor conciencia<\/strong> y una mejor relaci\u00f3n con el feto y por tanto con tu futuro hijo\/a.
