es un m\u00e9todo de yoga que se considera <b>hatha yoga<\/b> ya que practicamos <b>posturas<\/b> (\u00e1sanas) y <b>regulaci\u00f3n de la respiraci\u00f3n<\/b> (pranayama) con un <b>trabajo f\u00edsico intenso<\/b> , realizado con <b>precisi\u00f3n y alineamiento<\/b> . Equilibramos el <b>sistema nervioso simp\u00e1tico y parasimp\u00e1tico<\/b> y el sistema energ\u00e9tico ha y tha con los nadis principales id\u00e1, pingal\u00e1 y shushumn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>El <b>yoga IYENGAR\u00ae<\/b> es un m\u00e9todo de yoga que tambi\u00e9n se considera <b>raja&nbsp;yoga<\/b> ya que realizamos <b>acciones f\u00edsicas<\/b> con precisi\u00f3n, <b>interiorizaci\u00f3n de los \u00f3rganos de percepci\u00f3n, concentraci\u00f3n y meditaci\u00f3n<\/b> . Desarrollamos un estado mental con <b>plena conciencia<\/b> tanto en profundidad como en expansi\u00f3n hacia todas las partes y c\u00e9lulas del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>El <b>yoga IYENGAR\u00ae<\/b> es un m\u00e9todo de yoga que incluye el <b>vinyasa yoga<\/b> tanto en la <b>secuencia de las posturas como en los aspectos t\u00e9cnicos<\/b> que desarrollamos a lo largo de las clases. En el yoga IYENGAR\u00ae realizamos un <b>vinyasa espec\u00edfico<\/b> para cada clase seg\u00fan lo que queremos trabajar y obtener como resultado final. Introducimos la pr\u00e1ctica del vinyasa yoga cuando ya <strong>tienes un cierto dominio de las posturas (assanes)<\/strong>. Consideramos que para poder encadenar y secuenciar din\u00e1micamente las posturas, <strong>primero debes saber hacer las posturas con alineamiento para no hacerte da\u00f1o o lesionarte<\/strong>.
