Posteriormente en el <b>yoga IYENGAR\u00ae<\/b> se empezaron a <b>utilizar cuerdas para realizar ciertas posturas<\/b> . De ah\u00ed surgi\u00f3 el <b>yoga con cuerdas o yoga kurunta<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>En nuestras clases de <b>yoga IYENGAR\u00ae de Barcelona Les Corts<\/b> practican algunas posturas (asanas) con cuerdas teniendo en cuenta varios aspectos:<br>Si hacemos una <b>clase de preparaci\u00f3n en el pranayama<\/b> (regulaci\u00f3n de la respiraci\u00f3n) practicamos posturas con cuerdas para <b>crear espacio org\u00e1nico, en la columna, en el diafragma, descomprimir las v\u00e1lvulas internas del cuerpo e irrigar el cerebro<\/b> .
