Uni\u00f3n con el TODO.<\/p>\n<p>El s\u00e9ptimo aspecto es <b>Dhyana, meditaci\u00f3n<\/b> . En nuestras clases de <b>yoga IYENGAR\u00ae en el Centro Zama de yoga IYENGAR\u00ae de Barcelona Les Corts<\/b> , el <b>estado meditativo se cultiva<\/b> en todo momento durante la realizaci\u00f3n de las <b>asanas<\/b> (posuras) y del <b>pranayama<\/b> (regulaci\u00f3n de la respiraci\u00f3n). Durante la pr\u00e1ctica realizamos <b>acciones con t\u00e9cnica y precisi\u00f3n<\/b> que nos permiten concentrar y al mismo tiempo <b>expandir la conciencia<\/b> hacia todas las partes del cuerpo a lo largo del tiempo. Durante la realizaci\u00f3n de las posturas y del pranayama <strong>observamos el cuerpo, las acciones corporales, la respiraci\u00f3n, las sensaciones del cuerpo, el estado mental y los contenidos mentales<\/strong>. Despu\u00e9s realizamos las <strong>acciones precisas y necesarias para alinear, abrir y estirar el cuerpo de forma uniforme, homog\u00e9neamente, para que la inteligencia, conciencia y el prana puedan fluir sin obst\u00e1culos<\/strong>.
